    Help me please🙏
    Thanks

    • I'm in a similar position as you looking at my first cordless mop to supplement the Dyson and robot vac. I went with the Tineco iFLOOR 5 Steam Wet Dry Vacuum All-in-one as can't use steam on the hardwood floors. From my trawling of reviews last night, the Tineco had the edge over the Bissell in terms of power, battery life and for me the edge cleaning.

as can't use steam on the hardwood floors.

        Somethings wrong here, lol.

I wouldn't worry about water or steam to be honest. I've only got laminate flooring, and no cleaning tools have done them any damage. I've manually mopped, which leaves a bunch of water, and that's not done anything. I've also got an Enjo mop (microfiber), which leaves less water than manual map, but more than my HF2, which leaves very little (because it sucks it back up basically straight away).

I've also got a regular steam cleaner that has a floor-cleaning setup/head and have used that on my floors, and also no damage. But steam itself doesn't "clean", it only dislodges, so you have attach/wrap the steam head in a microfiber rag anyway. Thus the steam goes through the rag before contacting the floor, and then gets mostly soaked-up straight away (but still leaves a fair bit behind, like manual mopping). In a vacuum steam/water mop, it would get sucked-up straight away, so there's no time to sink in and do damage IMO. I reckon a simple "steam mop" would also leave behind a fair bit of water etc.

When I did a "full mop" once or twice per year, I would have to vacuum, then steam mop to clean the surface, and then enjo mop straight after to get the water off quicker. Now I can just wet-vac on the regular, and it's all done.

        • My bad, I went with ifloor 5 non steam cordless version. Just got the blackbutt floor resurfaced with a water based stain and the guy who did it said no steaming. Thanks for the tips.

  • I have this one, really happy with it.

  • I brought this 2 days ago and already love it!

  • Not sure if same model but pretty negative reviews on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/VacuumCleaners/comments/18eo6py/bis…

      Thank you for this lol
      Stopped me from purchasing haha

    • I bought a HF2 the other day, which is a cheaper wired model, but also a newer design. I've only used it once, and it did a good job at "slurping" up the dust/hair/etc and then leaving a nicely mopped surface, but it was pretty slow — much slower than vacuuming only (but faster than vacuuming and then mopping). So the HF3's older design might be a bit worse, and also it might not be quite as powerful considering that it's wireless (battery powered), plus the 25min battery life might not make it across a large house — but this discount is pretty good!

  • Eureka Rapidwash also on sale for the same price… Choices choices. In the long run would Tineco have better cheap 3rd party replacement parts?
