Extremely unlikely to work off a mobile device screen but will scan 100% from paper. Print it out and try if you're heading to Coles and post back!

Use self checkouts if you feel silly with a naked printed barcode :)
Just tried this with two separate transactions and they both worked for triple points.
My guess is that it won't even expire, but I'll verify some time after tomorrow.
Print it out and stick it on the other side of your FlyBuys card and get triple points always :)
