How to Qualify
To qualify for the Shop, Scan, Win promotion instore, spend $20 or more in a single transaction (after any applicable discounts and exclusions) in-store at Coles (excludes Coles Express and Liquorland). Make sure to scan your registered Flybuys card at the time of purchase. You will also receive an additional entry for each participating brand in your transaction, limited to three (3) entries per brand per transaction. A limit of one prize per day per Flybuys account applies for instore transactions only.
Winners will be notified instantly on the checkout screen and on their shopping docket if they win a prize. $20 spend excludes iTunes cards, gift cards, mobile phone and mobile phone plans, recharge, Opal top up, calling cards, charity products, tobacco and tobacco related product purchases.

I was surprised I won $20 off my shop recently in-store.
So it's not guaranteed that you will win anything, not that will you win at least $5. I spent $60 and got nothing
Coles processes 17 million transactions a week. Only 30,000 customers each week win a voucher (the majority are $15 vouchers). That's a less than 0.5% chance of winning a voucher or put another way, a 1 in 500 chance! What a scam.
