To use a prepaid plan with eSIM, you must first activate your prepaid plan on a physical SIM and then swap to eSIM online through our SIM swap process and follow the eSIM activation steps. You can also SIM swap your physical SIM to eSIM by heading in store. You will need to have a valid email address connected to your Vodafone account to complete a SIM swap to eSIM.

What will stop me getting my cashback
- SIMs must be activated within 30 days of purchase and must remain active for at least 90 days after activation to be eligible for cashback. No retention required for pre-paid after activation.
- Cashback is ineligible on all other (unlisted) plans, business plans, recharges, upgrade services, additional postpaid plans, add-ons, mobile broadband, prepaid handsets, and tablets
- Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
- Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards for payment and/or purchase of gift cards.
- Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.
What else is essential
- For prepaid plans, cashback is calculated on the purchase price.
- Cashback is paid once per transaction, regardless of the number of plans purchased on that order.
- Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
- You must always return to TopCashback and click the pink cashback button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.
- Any accounts that engage in fraudulent orders/activities to game/cheat the cashback system will be banned and cashback forfeited.
