Which link did you click? I notice that if you click "Join" it takes you to a different page where you can create or login.
It was the register link for the pop up. They wrote back saying I was already registered for the competition. Not sure how since it was my first attempt at entering, must have bugged out.
Maybe existing members are entered automatically, or have you never been a member on that e-mail address?

There are some questions above re. How to enter.
I made sure I was logged in first, then clicked the register to win button. Ticked the box, and then it submitted the form. Looks to be the way to enter successfully.
I've posted this comp, but I'm not exactly sure how it works. I don't see any way to enter if you are already a member. I've just clicked Register Now and entered my e-mail address. I'm not sure if that is all I need to do though.
