  • This or the Soundpeats T3 for a pretty similar price? Looking for something I can chuck in my gym bag on the days I forget my AirPods.

    • These do the job. i have a pair at home and a slightly different model for my gym bag. I personally prefer the Anker A3i (which must have been superseded by something else) because it also does noise cancelling. Blocks out that awful gym music

    • Just received my Soundpeats T3 Pro from Aliexpress, really surprised by the quality of ANC. And very decent quality overall.

  • $39.99 for me

    • +1

Blue is $39.99, Black & White are $27.99.

  • I have the A20i from a few weeks ago and they are great.

The P20i look a little smaller which would be an improvement over the A20i but not enough for me to upgrade from a perfectly good product.

  • Bought A20i too. Amazing piece of buds. Sound's great. All my previously sub $50 earbuds had issues with mics where other person over the call always complained they can't hear but not with this one. Very happy with them as were others that recommended in the other thread during Prime Day sale.

    • hmm ,wonder if I got a dud because music sounded really flat to me (not sure how to describe it but other I felt my other cheap earbud like soundpeats S5 sounded much better). the battery has been good and the buds with case itself are quite compact

tldr: Buy if you listen to youtube/podcast/call but buy something else for music IMHO

The associated Soundcore App allows you to change the equalizer settings, make a big difference but yeah these are not for Audiophiles.

I find the sound very acceptable.

        • This.

        • I actually tried a few presets using the app. it changed the sound but songs still did not sound "normal" (compared to what I hear when playing from car, amazon echo, or other earbud) to me. And I don't have a good ears, let alone audiophile level

any tips on using the app?

If you want ANC the P30i are $55

    • That’s a good price too

    • P30i i got cheap as other week are really quite average..sound isnt much better ghan p20i and they cut in and out in the gym whilst the p20i are perfect. I thought theyd be a slight improvement but hmmm

      • +1

Shame as I’m wanting a good cheap ANC set for the gym if I forget my AirPods

        • Yeah mine was gym use case. Maybe i just got a dud set. I could try swap under warranty

I would step up to something more well-reviewed like the QCY Melobuds Pro, especially if making calls is a requirement too.

  • any real-life experience of how good the mic is? will it sound like most cheapo earbuds where i'm making a call from a toilet in space?

    • +1

Mic is decent. Have been using it for couple of weeks and never had anyone complaining on the other side except when I was in a train one day due to background noise. In normal environment, its pretty okay.

    • +1

My personal experience has been less than stellar. Constant complaints from other parties that they couldn't hear me.

  • could anyone tell me how long would the battery last before they become e-waste?

  • I have these and they're fantastic for the price, had an issue with the right bud not putting out enough sound and contacted support.

They asked for the serial number and sent me a new pair. So support is great.

  • Bought to A20i last week and they work great. I got an update to the app this week which now includes built in white noise tracks like rain forest, oceans etc for relaxation/meditation.

  • I bought these a few months ago (used a birthday voucher from a store).

    Good:
    - sound is clear
    - easy power off and on by holding the button
    - no complaints from people about call quality

    Bad:
    - large charging box
    - if you keep the buds in your wallet (not in the case) they keep turning on and connecting to your phone, draining most of the charge inside a day; I didn't have this problem with QCY-T13

  • i prefer my creative zens

  • Thanks OP had the A20i and they were great until the left one dropped pretty hard and has lost volume. Will try these out as replacements
