ShopBack - Energy, Gas & Broadband Comparison: When Can You Switch and Still Get Cashback?

I've been using shopback to get cashback for switching energy, gas and internet. I've always waited until the cashback is confirmed and in my account before switching. I am wondering, do you still get paid if you switch, before cashback is confirmed. Has anyone tried and how long since the sign up do you have to wait paid before switching to another provider. Not sure how to even contact shopback support to ask. Would be helpful if someone has an email for shopback to contact them
