Imo instant noodles (dry) can probably last for another 10 years if kept under proper storage.
I once cooked a pack that was expired for 5 years and couldn't taste any difference.
The only difference was its powder got stuck together inside it's pack.😅
If fried they're prone to rancidity… personally wouldn't be eating instant noodles past 5 years BBD!
I find that after about a year, the noodles start smelling a bit stale and they definitely taste a bit off.

The "SEASONING SAUCE" is fine and spicy.
Just don't use the CHEESE SEASONING POWDER.
It is disgusting to my taste, (which yours could be different).
Not unlike the "EGG SEASONING SAUCE" in another flavour, which is worse than the cheese powder.
