Did some research before I bought: 4.8 star rating on Amazon across (supposedly) over 26,000 reviews. Also just one of these is currently going for around $65, so 2 for $47.99 seems like a killer deal.

What's your pancake recipe though?
1 cup of flour. 1 egg. 1 cup of milk or water depending on what you want.
You can also add the powder to the mix if you like. Otherwise I just mix powder with small amount of this and drizzle on top…!
