What are you going to do after 2 months?
The free one is probably fine, with these things just get it or don't.

    • What are you talking about? There is no ‘free version’ of Apple Fitness+

      • Dunno just the basic apple tracking whatever they call (um Fitness App)..

        • Fitness+ is a guided workout service where you watch videos of trainers - similar to Peloton. It is not merely a basic fitness tracking app

          • @Anthonese: Yeah true.
No risk in testing it for 2 months then deciding if you need it. Same goes for any free subs really.

Strava and Fitbit premium is nice but the free versions are still fully functional.

  • ooh pretty decent. was hoping it would stack with an existing subscription

  • Once I have Apple Fitness, how do I track my activities ? Do I need to carry an iPhone or Watch on me all the time ?

    • +1

To use Apple Fitness+, all you need is your iPhone and a subscription. In addition to your iPhone, you can also use an iPad or Apple TV. When you use Apple Fitness+ with an Apple Watch, you see your metrics on screen. Separately, Apple Fitness (without the +) is already freely available to track workouts. It is possible to manually add activities into the fitness app afterwards if you don't have your device with you.
