Should i buy the base F25 model for $489 at Costco or wait for a better price or wait for the F25 ACE to be sold at discount price $500 mark.
Also, Narwal S20pro looks good but 799 at Costco.

Sadly Roborock has been refusing ACL rights and reckoned “This is consistent with industry practices to balance service quality and operational viability” – basically designed to die right after a year’s service.
