Spend $500 - $999: earn 2,000 bonus points
Spend $1,000 - $1,999: earn 5,000 bonus points
Spend $2,000 - $2,999: earn 15,000 bonus points
Spend $3,000 - $4,999: earn 25,000 bonus points
Spend $5,000+ : earn 50,000 bonus points

‡You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn and redeem points. Membership and points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program terms and conditions. Qantas Frequent Flyer members will earn up to 50,000 bonus Qantas Points on all Qantas Hotels and Qantas Holidays booked through qantas.com/hotels or qantas.com/holidays from 12:01 am (AEST) 21 July 2025 until 11:59 pm (AEST) 4 August 2025. Excludes Airbnb, Qantas Tours. Bonus points will only be earned on the first 3 eligible bookings made. If your booking is amended in the future, you will not earn the Bonus Points but will earn the points applicable for the booking at the time of amendment. Customers who spend $500 - $999 will receive 2,000 bonus Qantas Points, customers who spend $1,000 - $1,999 will receive 5,000 bonus Qantas Points, customers who spend $2,000 - $2,999 will receive 15,000 bonus Qantas Points, customers who spend $3,000 - $4,999 will receive 25,000 bonus Qantas Points and customers who spend $5,000+ will receive 50,000 bonus Qantas Points. There is a minimum spend threshold of $500 on a single booking to be eligible to earn bonus points. The spend amount is based on cash spent. Points Plus Pay can still be used but the value of the Qantas Points will not contribute to the spend threshold. Vouchers do not contribute to the minimum spend threshold. The full amount of the transaction for bookings made with Deposit Pay will contribute towards the spend threshold. Bonus Qantas Points will be issued to the member who has made the booking and is valid once per transaction. This is in addition to the standard earn rate of 3 points per A$1 spent on the total booking value. Qantas Points will not be earned on any amounts payable directly to the hotel. Points will be credited within 8 weeks of hotel check-out.

  Why bother? Hotels generally cost more and QFF points worth jack all.

  Expedia has a long standing 10% discount with major credit cards.

  Make sure to compare with Bcom, Expedia and the hotel directly. Qantas Hotels are known to be more expensive.

    Boom? Never heard of them!

    I've always had pretty good success with finding the lowest prices by clicking thru to Agoda from other sites like Tripadvisor and Google hotels etc.
    The Traveloka app can sometimes also be very surprisingly good with some hotels too. Absolutely have to hunt around.

  probably better off waiting for 10x points. definitely look around but with extra points sometimes its worth it on qantas travel

  It says first 3 transactions. Does that mean we could get 3 x 50k points with 3 x $5000 bookings. Or does that mean your first three transactions add up and get points based on that. eg max 50k

    You can do it on 3 bookings.
    And if you have a partner they can do it on 3 bookings too.
    It still isn't a great deal though…

      as in the total of 3 bookings, therefore max 50k per person?

      50k points at 1.3c ~ 650$ on 5k, not amazing I agree, but for me im booking business flights at the moment so more valuable than that
