I have access to a different EPP. However it should be the same, you have to sign in to your Samsung account to then see it at checkout.

Chatted with the agent to try and get a discount code, they didn't have any extra discounts for me so ended up paying the $1504 using a commbank credit card.

I've been trying to chat to an agent however it's not working. How do you stack the codes and what storage size was that price for? First time buying like this, does the phone come unlocked? Thanks
For the stacking discount codes it auto applied the trade in deal and first time purchase discount I just entered the loyalty code they sent me via. email at checkout. For the chat, the way I got it to work (from memory) was I chose the prompt "support" at the beginning then just kept typing "agent" when it prompted to type until it prompted me to connect to an agent, I then asked for the loyalty discount and they asked me what device I was going to purchase etc. they then asked if I wanted the code sent via. chat or email, I chose email just for records sake. I assume it's unlocked seeing as you're purchasing directly through Samsung's website. Hope that helps!

Shit I mean the pre-order deals were definitely better, like, this price (or even lower by about $200) and also 512gb storage. But definitely relative to the Pixel 9 Pro deal, this is better.
