    Any good automatic foaming dispenser?

    I had few Xiaomi but they fail after few years. Do I expect too much?
    Is a couple of years life span all I can expect for automatic foaming dispensers?

      How many years? I've got 2 I've used for ~7 years already… I did have one fail after 4 or so but that's pretty decent still I reckon.

          I don't think they sell the original anymore, it looks like it has been replaced with the 'XIAOMI Mijia Soap Foam Dispenser 1S' which is USB-C Charged, tempting as the old ones still use AA batteries.

          My last two order dates are Order date: Jul 15, 2019 and Order date: Apr 1, 2021…. So 6 and 4 years for the two I still have…(I'm sure 2021 was the replacement for the previous one that failed at around ~3-4).

          But yes to the op - a few years on a $15-$25 item is pretty good!

          I had used 'Dettol' ones before and they all fail in around 12 months…

    About a 1/4 of the volume of normal liquid then the rest water. Don’t shake, just roll it around to mix. I find a couple of drops of glycerine helps the pump last a bit longer

    The day I learnt foaming hand wash is just 1/5 soap and the rest water… felt like I’d been scammed for years. Been making my own ever since and it's exactly the same.
