My car uses AR 18 U which is 450mm, does this mean I can get BBA450?
I believe so. The AR 18 U is designed for vehicles using a U-hook style wiper arm, while the BBA450 utilizes an adapter system to fit 10 different wiper arms
The photo for BBA450 has a hook as well, does it mean it will fit?

There are no adapters included with BBA blades, they only suit the hook system. If you don't have the hook type you can use AP450U (Aerotwin Plus).

Yep, better than Wipertech. Have mine on my car for 12 years and still working fine and the car is parked outside in the sun as well.
