Until 10 Aug, after that it'll probably go back to the 4% normal discount. These cards seems be discounted every month or two.

The Restaurant Choice Gift Card can be used at the following merchant category locations: Eating Places and Restaurants (5812), Caterers (5811), Drinking Places (Alcoholic Beverages), Bars, Taverns, Cocktail lounges, Nightclubs and Discotheques (5813), Fast Food Restaurants (5814) Hotels, Motels & Resorts, Central Merchant (7011), Amusement Parks, Circuses, Carnivals, and Fortune Tellers (7996). The Merchant Category Code (MCC) identifies the type of service a business provides. If the MCC listed above does not match the retailer’s category, then the transaction will decline.

  Thanks OP. They also have a few other handy cards currently on sale, including:
  - the Category Choice Health & Wellness Gift Card @ 4% off. I can't find a better discounted gift card for medical bills (eg GP, hosptial, dentist, phamcacy etc); and
  - Amazon @ 4.5%.
