Thanks for pointing that out. Didn’t even realised it comes in another version. Older version looks bigger and better
I have the black one but don’t like it that much
A word of warning for the Inateck Sling - the rubberised fabric doesn't last as long especially in hot weather.
@RichardL: rubberised fabric —> do you mean the body? which part has rubber? hard to tell from picture
oh no wonder they are cheaper, ok probably stick with tomtoc
3.5L is $87 too, down from $109
Is this actually good? This is Samsonite price levels when it is on sale.
The price is hilarious. It's in the title. It's a Funny Pack
Nearing backpack prices for sling. Crazy.
I bought the 4L which is selling for $89.99 now and used it for an overseas trip in Jan. Worked really well, pretty flat when you don’t have much in it. It has two connector which are at 0° and 90° which I like. The OP’s ones have two 45° connectors.

Using a bag without slash-resistant straps overseas seems crazy to me. Japan is probably one of the safest places, but still.
What bag you recommend?
Been many years since I travelled overseas.
I use to wear a money belt around my neck under my shirt for passport/backup cash and card.
Wallet and phone in front pockets so you can put your hands into your pockets to protect them when in busy areas (but don't fall for the throwing a "baby" at you trick).
If you want a bag, these use to get a good rep but I never owned one https://pacsafe.com/
@TightAl: I'm a millennial. How exactly is it "boomer logic"?
This is advice I got back in the day from Contiki forums and our Contiki guide.
I saw there is one item with your logo, does it mean we can customise by putting our favourite logo on?
Compared to the previous Tomtoc deals I think this one it's too small at 1.5L. I got my Tomtoc 4.5L X-pac and after a year of using it daily I can tell you with confidence that's was a really good buy. I 100% recommend it.
Most of these just need a "Steal Me" logo ….
Used the XL on a recent trip to Paris and London. No issues whatsoever, easy to pull to the front in crowded places and fitted a big phone, battery pack, wallet and a water bottle easy plus more little stuff. The pickpockets had similar bags and they stayed away, looking for easier targets. Saw a few near Big Ben in London :)
Hmm i think the older version looks better. Anyone has both and can give comparison?
