I'm planning to buy a pair of glasses and came across Clearly.
Their quote is much more reasonable compared to what I received from Specsavers. However, I'm concerned about making a claim with Medibank since Clearly is a non-member choice provider. I spoke with Medibank customer service and was told that there’s a chance I might not be able to claim the expense.
Has anyone successfully made a claim with Medibank after ordering from Clearly?
Have you tried contacting clearly? They have a whole page on health funds and should be able to guide you through.
