Works out to $22.50 per bag, for those not so good at maths. Not quite as good as the $21 deal in April from Swaggle, but still not too shabby, IMO. I assume it's part of "Meow Mania" which finishes today. I don't know when it started, as I only stumbled across it when checking prices on cat food.

The paper based one smells so much. Go https://www.petcircle.com.au/product/poowee-litter-clumping-…
Too much dust from bentonite clay litters, go with tofu ones
why bother with litter, just train ya cat to piss in the shower
Mine pisses in the toilet. He doesn't flush though.
good one
Meowowow
Got the 30l a few times on Amazon for 16 bucks but it hasn't been that cheap in ages
Good times. Always get a big box when you order a bunch of them.
Not sure why this is so popular and called "breeder" choice.
I am new to having pets and have a ragdoll cat for almost 7 months and using POOWEE "clumping" litter since the beginning and having no issues.
I recently got this "breeder" choice with an expectation that it's better then what I am using and want to try something different. My cat is ok though and no issues.
But I didn't like this as it's not clumping and pee is not absorbed and stick to the surface of the box. Also this stick to cat's feet and spread around the house.
I will stick to what I am using for now, but just commenting to see reviews of other and to understand if I am not using this properly. It does absorb pee, probably not as fast as the clay litters.
The big advantage for me at least is that when the litter does get out of the box it is in larger bits and is easy to remove. And if you tread on it, it is soft on your feet. Clay litters produce dust that gets everywhere. The crystal litters, ugh, they are evil, they leave sharp crunchy bits everywhere.
you can put breeders choice (and similar) in your compost bin, which some people prefer. But its not 'as good' as clumping or crystal in terms of longevity although price wise its not too bad (just need to replace it more regularly but its cheaper for a given volume).
Easier to scoop out poo and flush down the toilet. Clumping is bad for your plumbing.
Used to buy this regularly for our 2 cats so this is a good deal if you are a buyer
However we found it Would stink of cat pee within 3 days and have to get tossed out so the whole house didn’t stink
Changed to catlux flushable clumping and it’s lasting longer, doesn’t smell and is easier to clean, plus affordable. Worst bit is a bit of tracking so got one of those mats for the front of the litter
The 'probiotic' breeders choice reduces pee smell to nothing. I was dubious but it works.
It is more expensive though, so I mix part probiotic and part regular litter, and so far that works just as well.
Oh nice, I might give that a try with probiotic and regular stuff.
Did you scoop the pee patches out once a day? I have been doing that for years and never actually have to do a full litter tray replacement, just top it up when it gets low.
Uhhh I hope you do properly clean that tray out sometimes lol
I've not found it to be a problem, when you scoop the pee out you also take a bit of "good" litter with it and over time you are cycling the entire contents of the tray. Our cat is fairly tidy so the pee patches are in a well-defined spot for easy scooping.
You should be changing the litter every 3-4 days anyway for good kitty hygeine.
Litters very expensive , need to toilet train my cat 😺
Each to their own but I’ve found this to be such a waste of money. Stinks horribly after one small use.
u scoop them out once shitted on, not leave them in.
I found crystals work for me. Some report washing and reusing their crystals.
I also joined their puppy and kitten club. It comes with welcome package.

I recently found Kmart has paper litter too. But it's hard to compare price with breeders choice, Aldi brand, etc. because they don't list litres, but rather kg. It's $9 for a 3.5kg bag…

A litre generally equals a kilogram.
Use horse bedding pellets with a sifting litter box.
It’s honestly baffling that this isn’t more common. The pellets are cheap, low dust, control odor well, and they’re biodegradable. Paired with a sifting tray, cleanup is super easy. Pee turns to sawdust and drops through, solids stay on top, and you’re left with a fresh layer of pellets. No smell, no clumps, no mess, no sludge tracked through the house.
Good idea, any particular brand you suggest?
If you buy 6 of these ($135) it stacks with a couple of other Petbarn coupons (NEWPET20 or GFT20) as a “new” customer that brings it down to $115.
Includes free metro delivery (over $49).
This is $19.20 per bag.
My order came to a bit under $200 by the time I added some cat food. That got me a $10 voucher, to be used within 28 days.
Back to full price now?
Meow mania 😁 thought petstock was cheap, nice find
