Eligibility 

3. Entry is open to Melbourne Football Club fans excluding directors, management, employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and third parties associated with this promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. 

4. The promotion commences at 9:00am (AEST) on Thursday 31 July, 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Thursday 7 August, 2025 (Promotion Period). 

Competition entry 

5. To enter the draw, Eligible Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

ii. fill out all mandatory fields listed on the competition page.

6. All entries via the online form must include the Entrant’s contact details including full name, phone number and email address so they can be contacted if they are a prize winner. 

7. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid and will be rejected. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry where it reasonably suspects that such materials are prohibited by these terms and conditions, any relevant law, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate. This is at the Promoter's absolute discretion and discussions will not be entered into. 

8. The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to administer the promotion and to contact winners. By entering, you consent to the Promoter using and disclosing your personal information for these purposes and for future marketing and promotional communications, unless you opt out. Your information may be shared with the Promoter’s related entities and service providers in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.melbournefc.com.au/privacy.

9. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction of any communications network or any lost, late, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entries, howsoever caused. 

The draw 

10. The winning Eligible Entrant will be randomly drawn 2 business days (Monday 11 August, 2025) after the competition closes at MCG, Brunton Ave, East Melbourne, 3002.

The prize 

11. The winner will be notified by email and phone, on the day of the draw, using contact details provided in their entry. 

12. In the event that the winner is unable to be contacted within 5 business days, and all reasonable methods of communication are unsuccessful, alternative winners will be chosen from the pool of Eligible Entrants. The prizes offered by this Competition remain the property of the Promoter until claimed by each respective prize winner. 

13. The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result. 

14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning the prize. 

15. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If any prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any relevant State or Territory regulations.

16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures. 

17. Promoter holds no responsibility for incorrect or insufficient details provided by the entrant. Should an entrant’s details change, it is the responsibility of the entrant to provide these details to the Promoter. 

18. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize. 

19. There is one (1) individual prize available: 

1x Six Month Supply of Harvest Snaps Baked Pea Crisps (10 Cartons, flavours provided are subject to change depending on availability).

20. Prize winner must provide a postal address to The Promoter at the time of being notified that they are a prize winner. 

21. The prize is not redeemable for cash or other goods and services, and cannot be resold.

22. Entrant’s consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image, voice and/or social media posts content in the event they are the winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion, unless otherwise withdrawn by the Entrant.

23. If any act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion. 

24. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantees, warranties or other statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents (Promotion Parties) will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or personal injuries arising out of or in connection with this promotion or the use of any prize, including but not limited to any loss arising from a breach of these terms, negligence or any other legal or equitable cause of action. This includes, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss, even if such loss was reasonably foreseeable.
