For something weatherproof, tamper proof, megapixel or bigger look at the Vivotek stuff. For cheap Kogan has a wireless PTZ on their site, which my father in law told me they saw someone logging in to remotely from a phone, works well, and has decent quality for only $60.
Depends whether you're hooking up inside or outside really. You don't mention. Outside has to be more professional basically due to weather and tampering.
