You pay that eBay seller $13, they pay Amazon $9.99 and ship it to you free via their prime account.
Check back later and you will see the eBay listing is gone, as it is sold out at Amazon now.
hmm interesting. so the ebay seller make about 10.8 - 9.99 , around 80c per order, also risking about item not delivered or scammer on ebay, plus paying ATO tax on top….

They may use their own amazon affiliate link when they buy it off Amazon, and thus get about 5-7% back that way as well. Combine this with some offshore/tax evasion possibly, and a few bucks per item multiplied by hundreds of items is basically free money once scaled up.
@wetsandwich: Thanks for the info about using their own affiliate link :) I did not know that was possible. I suspect this is fully automated at the back end. Otherwise cannot justify the labor cost as well!
@ggfatty: It's not technically allowed, but if their second business or mate has a link, I'm sure they are doing that. I used to have a mate with a business and he put a tiny link to amazon on his website for me, anything I bought I clicked through that link and he'd just send me the cash every time Amazon pays out each month.

The product description is all over the place…. 4x digital zoom and 1000x optical zoom? I assume that needs to be switched around.
For some reason cashback tracked at 0.3%, not 15% (Topcashback), 14% (Cashrewards), 12% (Shopback). You might need to put a claim in.
