    • How does the battery life compare to this one ? I've been told the slim ones battery life isn't as good. Would love to know . Thanks

Looking for something near 1k with a decent cpu with OLED and 120hz - does anything exist?

    • Just looking through deals and had similar requirement to you. Although 120HZ is more important to me than it having to be OLED. Just wondering if you came across anything?

      • I ended up buying a Lenovo Legion Slim 5 14APH8 from someone on marketplace with 17 months Lenovo warranty left for $1400. Specs are great. 7840HS, 32gb ram, RTX 4060, 2880x1800 OLED 120hz. If you are ok with refurbished route Ebay and Marketplace is worth a look. I took my buddy who who works in IT to take a look - and the seller was ok with us opening up the laptop.

        • Thanks for the reply. Probably above my knowledge to examine a used laptop from marketplace. Might keep monitoring the Lenovo outlet store for something decent. How’s the build quality of the Legion? Thanks again!

@Hamish125: Its solid - Aluminium top and bottom. Little lid wobble only con and speakers but overall build is better than 90% of budget/consumer laptops at the major retailers.. Trackpad good too. If gaming isn't your thing look at a Thinkpad for the absolute best build quality (windows) the guys in IT at my office recommended me those and everyone online does too.
