  Likely designed to be replaced and not repaired.

      My Harmony One has a smashed unusable screen that my 13yr old did when he was 5.. I'm still hurting..

  The problem lies with the lack of people in the United States of America [ as Timmy Apple points out) who are qualified/able /right nimbleness to deal with micro electronics.

  I gotta find mine. I haven't used it for years. I've been using the Harmony Smart controller. The one without the screen.
