I have a ChiQ 515L Top Mount Fridge and am overall happy with it after a few years. It's very easy to clean (even being stainless steel). Energy use is low and the compressor seems great (not too loud and doesn't chuck off much heat), but the plastics inside the fridge are becoming a little brittle after 3 years (creek a bit, but none have snapped or cracked). The plastic ice box (provided) broke within a week, but I wasn't going to keep it anyways. I would still buy another given the price I paid and the 3 years (standard) + 3 year (bonus at the time). It's also has a 7 year warranty on the compressor (parts only).
ChiQs standard warranty also depends on the product (range from 12 months to 3 years)

I have the ChiQ 380L hybrid fridge/ freezer. I mainly use it as a freezer and it has been excellent. It freezers around -26C. The other night my fridge died so I unpacked the ChiQ and moved everything into my chest freezer. I switched the hybrid over to refrigerator and it has been working so well. It was as easy as unplugged it then turning it on and holding the - button down.
Other than a bit of arguing, is this really that much different to statutory warranty?
Possibly, because their products aren't necessarily expensive enough to expect them to last longer than usual statutory warranty.
I just bought a $300 bar fridge and a $400 washing machine of theirs and the additional warranty gives me longer than they might even last.
Is washing machine front or top loader? How was the wash quality, noise?
I bought it for a family member so I haven't seen it sorry. Top loader, from appliances online.
