    These all seem to come in one generic size of 65/67L x 38/39W and thickness between 3/4mm.

  Thanks bud, no idea how it will work but I grabbed two..looks like even on Ali these things were pricey .. The thing is as opposed to traditional water based Bain Marie these may dry out the food but then at this price worth a try.. maybe it can maintain water temp and can be converted into a bain marie .
