I have ordered 3 things for Good Guys commercial in the last fortnight, after not using my account for ages. The first was recorded in my account and is ready for collection from Launceston where I am at the moment without issue (induction cooktop).
The second and third item ordered on Friday have seen money deducted from my account, with order numbers given on the receipt page, but those orders don’t appear in my past orders or ‘orders for approval’, and no emails received. These were for a sonos ray, and an optical cable, for collection at my Hobart good guys.
I’m with Rest as my way of joining good guys commercial if that’s relevant.
Does using vpn or different collection points freak them out for some reason, for example?
