I've noticed the same on ours, same age and I'm around 75kgs. I'll probably follow through with their warranty process to see if they'll honour it at some point.
Profit margins are still huge on this, what is it 200 to 400 cost?
We have their king size mattress for about 4 years now. It is pretty comfortable but we have nitices that it is starting to have "ditches" where we sleep. Granted i am 95kgs but my wife is only 55kgs and her side is loosing its uniform shape. Apart from that it has been a very good mattress, on the firmer side. Its edges are firmer so you dont roll off (the koala ones we kept finding ourselves rolling almost out of bed when sleeping). A bit pricey though, I'd hope for a deeper sale price.
