    I bought the newer model with 50% higher suction and also heats the water. Works great and would recommend. Not sure if the water heating adds much value only got cause it didn't cost much more

    Have considered this before, but you can hire the more powerful models for like $50/day on Facebook Marketplace including the cleaning solution, so haven’t pulled the trigger… Will realistically only use it once a year if that

    I was tempted by this but did a bit of co piloting. Apparently the Hoover Clean-slate is a better cleaner its $199 a little dearer.

    Has anyone used the Aldi one? I didn't find it very effective but not sure if it was a crap machine or if the stain was just too difficult to remove.

    Does this one have heating? I bought the model up which is heated to ~60c, works really well. Paid about $200 though

    bought it recently, used it for car detailing, mainly seats and floor plus carpet. here are few points:

    pro:
    1, powerful, simple to oprate, comes with decent amount of attachments and clean solution for you to get right into action.
    2, build feels ok, price is rather affordable. decent length cord.

    con:
    1, tiny water tanks, mainly the waste tank, you can only fill it half full despite the tank looks that big. need to dump rather often, quite often. this is the main con.
    2, loud, can overflow if you extracting large amount of liquid too fast. so make sure the unit is placed somewhere that doesnt matter.
    3, a bit fiddly to take the tanks out open the ports, fill and pour out.

    make sure you dont suck in any solid or large piece, only use it after vacuuming, and always wash it after use(just run clean water through).

    final, definitely worth the money for what it can do since no other tool can do it. Use it injunction with steamer, and try to use warm water for maximum effectiveness.

    Noob question: is this just for spot cleaning or can it also be used for larger surfaces (like cleaning up the whole sofa or bean bags)?

    I assume it's just for spot cleaning based on the name, but some reviews on Amazon said otherwise.

      it can be used for large area, but like i said, the tank will be full very quickly which makes the job way more tedious, there is a reason why this tool is only 200$ while the commercial ones are $$$$, if you got all day and dont mind change water million times, yeah you can clean the whole house with it……
