Hey everyone, if someone is interested, Mwave has listed DJI RS 4Pro gimbal Combo kit at very good price (I thinks its ATL, please correct me if I am wrong).

But since they have entered administration. I decided to request a price match on the official DJI Store. Initially, they declined, as item is listed as “Available at supplier”.

However, after I mentioned I would escalate this matter to the ACCC, as they have advertised a price match guarantee on their website, they agreed to match the price for me.

Hope this would be helpful for someone who is in the market looking for a deal on this gimbal.

  At this time, I wouldn't trust Mwave based on going into Admin and buyout. They took 6 to 8 weeks to fulfill my complete Ubiquiti hardware order.

    I completely agree with you. Therefore, I went ahead and matched the price directly with the official DJI store.
    I have to include MWave in the title, as the item with price $1,379.95 is listed on their website.

  Be cautious if buying from Mwave right now.
  I ordered a Ubiquiti router from them when it was on sale. After paying, I waited a long time with no updates on when it would arrive. When I called, I still got no clear ETA. I asked for a refund, but they refused to return my money and would only offer store credit. I had to get my bank involved to recover the funds.

  Now I’ve seen they are in administration, which may explain some of the trouble, but it still feels concerning. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t purchase from them again unless you’re completely comfortable risking delays, store-credit-only refunds, or even losing your money altogether.
