This offer has popped up on Commbank Yello. Likely targeted.

Effectively 20% off at Jb Hi-Fi if you spend $150, as I'm not sure how their system would record what exactly you have bought.

Also specifies you must spend the required amount in one transaction and can only be claimed once.

Steps:

  1. Pay with your eligible CommBank Mastercard
  2. Get cashback into your account, typically paid within 14 business days

You're unable to claim if you use a payment platform such as Afterpay, Zip Pay or PayPal

You must spend the required amount in one transaction unless stated otherwise

Payments must be made within Australia in AUD

    CommBank yello deals are generally trash. For example, their solar battery deal through brighte is a sham it was more expensive through the same company with the yello rebate than through other platforms.

    The only good one I've seen is the free uber membership

        It takes a few days to register these and come into your account so not sure that method would work

      @Moo Deng So for a $150 GC bought online it didn't end up tracking, which is strange because it worked on the previous $10 off $50 offer.

      Used Coles and JB offer on the same day. Coles cashback has already come through. Nothing from JB.

    Interesting, thank for the update. I do find it very strange as they wouldn’t know what you purchased.

    I think CBA cashback can be a bit slow to update, so hopefully will still come through.

    Yello cashbacks can take a while. Had a good guys $100/$20 last month. Spent >$100 on 11 July, $20 cashback received 11 August.

      Same here, it took a full month for the TGG cashback to come through. Still waiting on the Sheridan cashback (ordered nearly a month ago). Wonder why it’s taking some merchants much longer to confirm.

    I just bought some Apple gift cards in store today. Will report back may be in few days once the cash back notification arrives . May be online orders they can track what we buy but I doubt in store POS transactions

    Update: I placed an online order (C&C) on 1 Sept. Cashback was confirmed on 8 Sept.

    Surprisingly quick considering some other Yello offers that took a month to track.
