Sectional Garage Door Seals Recommendation

Hi All,
I have some time off and I am thinking of doing some DIYs around the house. One of my projects is to make a gym in my garage.
I have got foilboard kit for the panels but I am looking for garage door seals to seal the sides(up down and both sides).
Also if anyone has done it as a DIY or by a professional, please let me know.

PS: I will get the garage door aligned by a professional once I am done with the insulation.

One of my projects is to make a gym in my garage.

You're going to make one ???

    That's very ambitious…

    • Hahaha maybe in a year or 2 once i sharpen my woodwork skills

    • seems nice but expensive.

      • Is it your house or a rental? How many years do u intend to live there?

If you are there a while then you forget the expense after a while if it does the job properly.

I paid $10k for the glass awning over our front door. Every time it's raining and I'm staying dry while unlocking I think it's was a great use of funds.

  • Why does it need a seal?

So you can't hear the screams of the victim of course…

      • Hahha nice joke, my house is north facing so due to the wind a lot of dusts comes inside via small spaces on the edges.
Now i want to put up a gym inside my garage and I want dust particles inside.

  • Try brush seal.

Also buy poles to service garage door. YouTube explains how to service it correctly. Cost me $30 for poles and a few hours watching videos to learn something new
