Been to Offtrack today and saw these on sale. There were quite a few of them in store. I did ask if they were available on the website, it seems not. Not sure if they deliver.

In the bottom part of the picture, you can see the tent colors.

Edit:

  • How many were in stock? might have to go pick one up over the weekend.

    • There were quite a few left.

I need to pick one as well, been there at closing time, hopefully they have stock until weekend.

    • There were about 10 left when I popped in today. Another guy was buying as I was, so selling fast.

That bottom bin of them in the photo was already gone.

I paid full price for this, it's good for full price. This is a bargain

    • does it really take 2 mins to setup like it says in their description?

      • +3

I have the Cloud up 3 person I think - it's honestly super quick and simply.

It's a copy of the big agnes fly creek

Is it genuinely 2 minutes, probably not. But the poles are all connected, and the tent just clips in and then you just throw the top layer over it.

        • I've got the Cloud Up 3 as well, bought on Amazon, it's great. Light and sets up in no time when you're sober… 😂

  • Damn, seriously good deal.

    Ultralight? No. Light? Yes.

2 People? No. 2 Dwarfs? Yes.

Its good for couples, use this with my missus and we fit fine in this might be a bit snug with a friend.

      I'm 6 foot for reference.

      • +4

        What size is your foot?

    • Are dwarves not just little people?

  • +1

I have the 3p version of this. It's amazing for the normal price, let alone this price. Just suggest buying this for 1p rather than 2, unless you REALLY like the person you'll be sharing with.

unless you REALLY like the person you'll be sharing with.

So not good for married couples then…

  • Do you know what colours they had op?

    • Light green and dark green. You can see them in the picture, in the bottom part of it.

    • +1

      Yes and it's $50 here.

Are you saying that isn't a deal?

      • +1

oops sorry, glanced in a hurry and misread RRP as the deal 😬 definitely a deal and steal at that price

    • 50 is less than 150.

        Not always…

Lol, gr8 deal, took mine last month to hinchinbrook island sand, wet, carried it around setup when I needed to move. Came back home, dried it, cleaned the pegs, like new! Super easy to setup once u get the gist of it. Best tent I ever owned and had to setup… im 192cm and could fit easy.

    • Did you do the island hike? It's on my to do list.

      • +1

        yess, it was great :)

I want one of these well praised reviewed by OzB $50 tents, for my motorbike trips

    • Exactly what I need it for.

A real ozbargainer would help his northern state brothers (and sisters) out.

But a great deal for those in the area. Makes me wonder how cheap you can buy them wholesale.

Now is the winter of our discount tent.

  • Damn wishing I was in VIC right about now

  • Have had this tent on my wishlist for a couple of years, after seeing deals of it on here

  • I live right near here and never knew it existed - will check it out!

  • +5

Based on the bag design this looks like the P-Series 2P tent, not the Cloud Up 2 as linked by OP. Saved you a drive to Bayswater.

    • Curious to know for certain, if someone get one please share the exact model. Thanks :)

    • I agree with you, the Cloud Up 2 bag doesn't have straps if I recall correctly.

    • Thanks. I updated the description.

Thanks all, I happen to live in Canberra. Could I please trouble somebody to pick one up for me? I'm happy to have pay shipping or ask my mum to pick it up :)

    • I'm heading there now - send me a pm if you're still keen.

    • Get it from bunnings as my comment below

  • Otherwise it'll be a trip via greyhound to Melbourne to get it… worth it though just for the Melbourne food :)

  • It's impressive how small this thing packs into, and how light it is!

  • +2

Called them up can confirm it is the P series 2P as noglen said.

I was in Bayswater and thought I would check them out. Unfortunately they had just sold the last of the tents but they had a few good bargains. Worth a visit.
