Milwaukee M12 Compact Inflator M12BI-0 Includes 4Ah Battery and Charger $200 Delivered (Save $248) @ Power Tool Specialists

190

Went in for a 12v Battery and came out with an inflator with battery and a charger for $200.

Thought this was an incredible deal.

It's not often I see Milwaukee products with over 50% discount.

$200 purchase is also eligible for 2x entries into a Dirt bike Give Away (Ends 15th August), more info on their website. The bike is worth $13,520.

They seem to have a lot of other deals on their website that may be worth checking but this deal is the biggest deal I have found.

If you find anything that's worth considering, please feel free to share it.

I've seen the M12 inflator in use and have to say, it's pretty slow. I have the $80 Ozito one which is similarly slow, but comes with a 5 year replacement warranty, which is preferable to Milwaukee's 3 year warranty with its ridiculously long repair times.

The selling point for the Milwaukee is it is dead accurate. If you want precision, get one of these. I use it for MX and road racing on bikes, verified it with a few top end gauges every 6 months or so and it is spot on every time, even after 4 years of use. Big fan.

      • I purchased a cheap Ozito inflator skin for $40 to inflate tyres, bikes and balls.

I didn't expect it to be accurate but very accurate for car tyres.

I tested it with a Toyota Branded guage made by Hafner Taiwan (thank you to the OZB'ner who told me about it).

  • Hi, where is the competition for the dirt bike? I can’t find anything? Thanks!

I have this and the Ryobi large inflator, I prefer the Milwaukee.

I actually don't mind the RYOBI HP range but no one takes you seriously on jobsite when a client say they have the same tools at home.

I bought the DeWalt dual inflator with a free battery. Hoping it will pump up a paddleboard…specs say 2bar (30psi). Not convinced, but I only need 11psi…we shall see…

    • I am curious to find out if it does too, can you please let me know once you have tested it. I thought paddle board inflators come with their own locking mechanical that's not found on these tool inflators or the DeWalt inflator came with multiple tips and one of them is compatible with your paddleboard?

      • It comes with a pretty standard ribbed inflator hose. I bought a nozzle from Ali Express and 3D printed a couple of others.

I currently use a standard 12v airbed pump on a Makita 18v battery. Screams along, inflates the first bit super quick. But won't go above 4psi. So need to do the remaining 30 or so pumps by hand. HEAPS better than pumping from scratch….but still sucks.

I'll give it a crack tomorrow and report back. Specs look the same as the Ozito.

        • Sounds good, I haven't used Ozito tools in a while but in my early days i used Ozito tools a couple of times and they smoked out. Couldn't handle the load. In my experience, specs on paper and real world tests present two very different outcomes.

@miura: I've had the Ozito inflator for around 2 years and I've used it heaps. There was one point (more like two months, was waiting for mycar Black Friday sale) where two of my tyres had leaks and would drop to around 25-30psi within the course of the day, and I used the Ozito inflator to pump them back up to 40psi every morning. Also gets used often on all of the push bikes and pool inflatables.
