  • One dispatch per order

If you plan to pickup your order please ensure you select the "pickup in store" delivery option on the checkout page, as this not only eliminates the shipping fee for you, but also allocates your order to the click and collect system we have in place, so it means you'll receive different notification messaging to assist you towards a smooth pickup experience
  • Any existing orders are unable to be changed from delivery to click and collect due to the different tech systems in place
  • If you select 500g as a quantity please ensure you also select 500g as the packaging option. If 500g is selected as a quantity with 1kg as the packaging selection the product will show as "unavailable"
  • 500g bag packaging (it's resealable) is also available for orders larger than 500g this is an extra $4.80 per kg including the discount (normally $8 extra per kg) to cover the extra bag/s, label/s and time it takes to pack

    Good to see multiple products on sale, always prefer to try different products rather than order 4kg of what I haven't even tried just to get a good price. Another thing I wish the price difference was less for 500g bags, 15% difference is hard to swallow so I went for 1kg bags last time but would much prefer smaller bags.

      I hear you loud and clear and I wish we could offer smaller bags without a higher per kg cost. However, we do need to charge as extra ~13-15% for the smaller bags as they cost us more to produce. There is the extra packaging and label costs, but more of the impact is the time cost (it takes more than double the time to pack) and overall smaller 500g bags also increase our shipping costs…

        Haven't ordered this time. I still haven't finished m2m blend and waiting for ty blend to be dispatched soon.
        I get it that it costs more, but think of it as a promotion to get new customers to try more variety. I would try to build some combo deals, (3~4 500g bags) that way postage would cost the same anyways.

          No stress, love the planning ahead skills to ensure you don't need to worry about running out of the good stuff!

          I hear you and yes it's a good promotion idea. However, as an ongoing thing it would have a significant cost impact which would all need to be worked out…in terms of shipping there are certain regions where shipping would be more for 3-4x500g compared to 2x1kg, furthermore due to the extra time it takes to pack 500g bags to lower the 500g price would most likely result in us needing to hire more staff and upgrade our packing equipment. I know these types of product price changes seem fairly straight forward, but more than not changes that seem simple have a knock on effect that needs to be carefully planned for. All that said there's a deal we've run before and may run again in the not too distant future (depending on an event getting approved) might get your 500g combo tick of approval :)

            @LimeBlueCoffee: No worries, just giving you some ideas which may get you more new customers, I myself would be more likely to try new brand if they offered such options to try various blends at similar or same price as larger packs. (Unless you're already too busy with existing customers, but as you are posting here I reckon you wouldn't mind more customers ;) )

    Would love to try the decaf…. but my inbuilt grinder is for my real beans… and i have my decaf as a grind so i can alternate throughout the day

      The decaf is actually one of my favourites from these guys! Though I have to note that I basically only make filter coffee at home, and I've had comments from friends who say that the decaf is significantly better for filter than espresso…

        I use their decaf for espresso and it's very pleasant, haven't had a better decaf. I'll have to try it filter too.

    Love your coffees!
    I drink my coffee with milk usually and black sometimes. I've really enjoyed the Colombian one the best so far closely followed by the Peru one. Unfortunately the Brazil one was not my favourite despite the recommendation for it being the best one with milk.
    I've got an order scheduled for Indonesian beans for next month. Will see how that goes but in general, I'm very satisfied with the quality of beans, roasting, packaging and delivery (especially future ordering is amazing)

      We do have a few options that I think would tick your "fruity…batchy…cold brew…" boxes and one happens to be featured in this deal…I'd highly recommend you give our Colombia Cauca Single Origin a shot; it's not a "fruit bomb" if that's what you're after but it's notably fruity and in my opinion it's the most versatile, best value for money coffee I've ever roasted, in that if you people who want a specific flavour like "fruity" can get what they want from it and others who want more of a balance across different flavours can also enjoy it AKA the flavour is unique, distinctive and yet is still a crowd pleaser :)

    Hi OP, i placed an order in your last deal. The order arrived a day after the selected shipped date which is pretty awesome, keep up the great work.
    Can you recommend an ideal grind setting and time to make flat whites? I have a breville dual boiler and breville smart grinder pro. I purchased Brazil Sao Paulo Single Origin beans.

      Every grinder calibration has some slight variation based on the initial install, amount of burr use and ambient environment, so although there's not a magic grind number setting I can share I can help you find the magic setting for your specific grinder. When you get a sec could you please send a reply email to your order confirmation requesting assistance dialling in the coffee?

    Hi OP, how long would would you suggest waiting from roast date of your decaf beans for degassing before freezing?

      Hey @safwanc appreciate you taking the time to reach out!

      If you're pre-portioning into fortnightly doses prior to freezing then wait 1-2 weeks from the roast date prior to freezing. If you're freezing it into quantities that'll take you closer to a month to get through then just freeze our coffee as soon as it's delivered :)
