I am having this issue with my Nissan Qashqai on my front suspension.
Creaking sound when hitting the bumps and braking so, I think the culprit is the shock absorbers but I have no idea which part to look for and how much does it normally cost to replace the shock absorber for the particular make.
Also please recommend best mechanics to do this job done in Sydney.

Probably more likely to be a worn bushing. Depending on which one/ones are worn makes a big difference to the labour costs.

The rubber bits between the suspension components. Theyre rubber and do wear out. When they wear, they often start to make the suspension squeak. There are several in the front end.
It's a Nissan, you'll have all sorts of issues. Just turn the radio up.

Most likely front lower control arms and or sway bar links.
Don't self-diagnose, take it to a mechanic. Sydney is a big place, where is most convenient to you?
