    Genius: cheaper handle and brush heads, noisier, heavier

    iO9: more expensive handle and brush heads, quieter, lighter

    Both clean pretty much the same, both have plenty of useless functions, the gentle function is the only useful one aside from normal brushing for people with sensitive gums. Use the sensitive brush heads.

    (The 10000 is no better than the X, 9000, 8000, 7000, or 6000)

  Got the black version from Amazon via Amazon Germany for 119.89 and think it is a better deal unless you prefer the extra accessories. Charger is 2-pin EU but have heaps of Oral-B chargers already. And yes, it comes with only one brush head but you can stock up during sale.

      No, it does not. But I didn't need one. If you are after travel case then OPs deal is good.
