Roborock Saros 10R Robot Vacuum and Mop $2299.97 Delivered @ Costco (Membership Required)

50

$500 off Roborock Saros 10R from Costco Online currently.

According to a user from the other OzBargin post, it used to be available in store as well, but when I contacted online chat yesterday they said it's online only, I called my local warehouse and they also said it's not in stock there. Could still be available in store at some places for a lower price.

At $2300, it's still $50 more expensive than from Roborock $2500 + 10% off from referral code, but still a good alternative if you don't want to use referral or deal with Roborock directly.

    The bullshit thing is this.
I purchased from Costco for $2400.
Been out of stock since. They bring it back 4 days after the 30 day policy, so you can’t even get it honoured.

Then when I asked about return policy I was met with “every return is tracked” almost alluding to the fact that we are watching you for the $100 😅.

If you just did your price match for the 90 days, then people wouldn’t take advantage of your policies.
Costco are so backward. It will go even cheaper in the upcoming months anyway.

    • I suppose even if they do penalise/ban your account for return, you can just make a new one.

      • I’m a long way off that. I’ve only ever returned one other vacuum at Costco and was due to a major fault.

Just bemusing how it’s come back now cheaper and just outside the 30day price haha.

        • It's pretty much outside of their control. Roborock has only just now restocked their 10R, I assume they would restock their retailers after that.

30 days is also very generous, most retailers like Roborock themselves don't even offer it, and JB only does it for 2 weeks.

          • @Admikey: This is OzBargain remember. We need longer price matches!

  • Does anyone know why they don't have the plumbed version offically here in Aus?

    • I guess it could be because less people would be likely to buy that version.

Getting special plumbing done for a vacuum cleaner may not make sense in terms of the costs involved. Can do that during a new home build but also, less people might think about buying a robot vacuum and mop machine after you have emptied your pockets for a new home 😛
