      How?

  • Click to kay is asking for visa card
My citibank card is a mastercard

    • on the cashback page for this offer it states MasterCard, but perhaps that's because I have one?

    • There are two difference click to pay sign ups, one with visa and the other with MasterCard, I just searched for the right one and it worked

On cashback on the Citi app - on mine it states MasterCard, but perhaps that's because I have one?

        Thank you.

        • Hope it's useful, I couldn't get click to pay on the app or their website. I don't know if registering on MasterCard's page counts.

I've had it with nab and I'm going to ditch it soon anyway. I read on the cashback page that it ceases October 1. Nab really screwed the Citi card customers hard.

Bought food using the app. There was no option for "click to pay".

    • So how do you get the cashback? I tried the website too, no option to use click to pay there either. When I choose card payments, it briefly says checking to see if there's a card saved in click and pay, but nothing comes up, all fields are empty.

      • my citi card appeared in the menulog click-to-pay after i added it here, with Get Started:
        https://www.mastercard.com.au/en-au/personal/ways-to-pay/cli…

        • Thanks for the reply. I figured out the reason it wasn't working was because I used a different email address. Made a new account that used the same email as the click to pay then it loaded. Hard work for $15.

    • You have to choose normal credit card and then on the payment screen it gives that option in the app
