Been waiting for the 48" to go on sale for some time as the 42" just went on sale.
Seems to be an ATL for the C5 48".

Perfect for the home office.
Curious about 42 vs 48 for a home office use, I'd think 48 would be too huge?
People use the 42 as a monitor!
@Ryanek: Not at the current prices they don't, unless they desperately want a 2x2 monitor array and are content with 120Hz.
Same thinking for the 48", and these are 55" OLED sale prices. Both of these smaller models are inferior panels in terms of brightness, so don't get sucked into how LG and retailers are gouging.
I'm planning to use this as a monitor. It's not as big as you think considering as my office provides dual 24" monitors and this would be the same width.
@f33db4k: i have 2x 27" 4k monitors and i can see the pixels.
maybe i should stop being 1inch away from the screen.

AC is where I bought my 55" C1 back in 2021, gave them a call and negotiated the price further even though they were the cheapest at the time.
Not sure how much more I got off, but maybe worth the try.
The shipping is discriminatory against WA residents.
Are u recommend for home office?
