I bought Bonds Men's Guyfront Trunks 6-Pack $36.95 (RRP $129.98) or 12-Pack $69.50 Delivered @ Zasel 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 #𝗭𝟴𝟭𝟳𝟱𝟮; 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗮𝘁 𝟮:𝟭𝟳 𝗽𝗺
As I wasn't home they were sent to my local post office, no reminder card from Aust Post was given (not Zasel's fault).
But when I contacted Zasel my Bonds had been returned to them. For some reason they opened the parcel and gave them to someone else.
I would have paid for postage again. I asked for a refund but they could not do that and said they will send me a similar pair when in stock.
I rang them 3 times over a year, only an agent (not a Zasel employee) would answer the call, she would take my details then tell me someone will call.
I never got a reply, refund the item reposted or any other solution. I gave up as they clearly had no intention of solving the issue.
Of the 650+ times I've voted on an OzB post this is my second neg vote.
Bought their packs in a previous deal and received underwear that was terrible quality, stitching errors, designs received do not match anything on the official Bonds website and have different bands to genuine Bonds Everyday Trunks (the packaging actually just says "trunk" not "Everyday Trunk" as is being advertised). Zasel is also not listed on Bonds website as a supplier.
Not sure if these are unmarked seconds or fake goods but beware the quality is not the same as what you get buying Bonds in store.
Does that include public holidays?
