This campaign applies to trades made in Exchange Mode or Simple Mode. Card purchases are excluded. Trade tasks and rewards are based on cumulative daily trading volume, with a maximum reward of 50 WCT per user per day, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Rewards may take up to one hour to be credited to your account after completing the tasks. Trade volume resets at 00:00 AEST each day. Previous day's volume does not carry over. The total reward pool for the Campaign is limited to 49,000 WCT, distributed on a first come, first served basis.

    For anyone that's done this how long did it take to get your WCT?
    Sucks that they dont have either status or number of people completed progress bars so you can track it.

      Took 10 minutes for me to receive reward after trading. When logged in the campaign page tells you how many have been claimed for the day, it currently says 38/1000 claimed

    I traded $500 plus yesterday then $500 again post midnight. Offer activated. No rewards. Not seeing progress of amount claimed. Same thing happened with SOPH campaign previously, no rewards for that either.

    Long term OKX user. Never had any issues with campaigns tracking before, but this one did not work. Had to raise a support ticket. If you don't see the status of the campaign after joining (I don't) then it's unlikely to track. Looks like many other users in the same situation.

    I didn't receive the WCT yesterday either. Chatted with support in the app and they didn't sound that confident that they'd fix it anytime soon.
    Not fixed yet over 1 day later.

    I started chatting with support, they couldn't help and had to raise a ticket to a different area (I swear there support is useless) and then I heard back from someone saying I hadn't made 500 worth of trades but I know I had so I replied asking for support to tell me how much I had traded on that day…. Wasn't a surprise no one bothered to respond to that one.

    Looks like okx being a little shaddy with this campaign. A lot of people not seeing status/progress bar, even more people not actually getting it despite doing the trades…. Mmmm smells a bit fishy with this one

      After first contacting their customer support live chat I got told they needed to escalate it for someone to look into & then a short while later I heard back from someone and they claimed the reason I had not received anything was I did not meet the $500 trade minimum, now I knew that wasn't correct so I replied to their email asking for them to confirm how much I had traded on the specific date and waited to hear back from them. Well 24hrs later and no reply to my email so I went back onto live chat and after a very tedious 20min of the support worker trying to evade answering my simple question of how much had I do in trades on the specific date I finally got my answer $520.00

      So at that point I proceeded to refer to my existing query that was apparently escalated stating I was told I didn't receive the campaign reward due to not meeting the minimum trade amount which is clearly false given they just confirmed I had made over 500.

      So now I'm waiting to hear back from someone as not only am I due the reward but they have staff giving out false financial information which is a big no-no so we will see what happens but it seems like okx are being very shady with this campaign in my opinion

      Thank you for taking part in the WCT campaign!

      We’re sorry for the delay - your rewards will be paid after the campaign ends (whilst rewards last). All eligible rewards will be credited at campaign close, and no action is required from your side.

          So far only 100 out of 1000 rewards are being claimed everyday, I doubt they will run out unless there are heeeeaps of people in the same boat (perhaps that's why there so many left)

    It's pretty pathetic on okx's part on how this campaign has been.
    You have some people getting a progress bar while others see nothing, some people receiving reward within minutes of completing the daily trade requirements & then others being told (after a tedious process of contacting support) that they will receive the reward after the campaign ends… If there's anything left.

    Just a real poor effort okx
