Rest assured, please keep this email handy with you for future if needed.

You can add an additional card member and earn the points.

Once you do add an additional it would take 8-12 weeks for you to receive the credit of points.

    Got an email saying 10,000 points for the first approved additional card on my Explore card. I had applied for one before and cancelled it last year — can I apply again?

      "They also cannot add an Additional Card under the name or email address of a previously approved Additional Card application on the Account. The Primary Card Member may apply for several Additional Cards across different products, but will only receive the 5,000 Bonus Points for the first approved Card. Any misuse, as reasonably determined by us, relating to your Additional Card application may result in Bonus Offers being reversed, and ineligibility from future and other promotions. Card Members with more than one Card product will only receive the eligible bonus on their first added Additional Card during campaign period, not once per product."

    5k on my Amex Platinum. Lame offer considering it’s a 2:1 transfer rate for most transfer partners anyway.

    So if I already have an additional card holder I am not eligible? I got the email for my Amex Platinum but my dyslexia and ADHD making this real hard on me and I am still confused.

    What kind of ID does the additional cardholder have to supply?

    Eg can A Cat get the additional card?

    Received 5k offer for Amex Platinum Charge card as well. Might be worth updating title to be more generic as it includes other Amex cards as well.
