Kogan had the Pro version for around $360 a few weeks ago but unfortunately sold out. I still believe this is a very worthy watch to have just for battery life alone.

No Google Pay or Apple Pay?

    • No unfortunately but then again i sometimes go back to my Huawei GT2 coming from a Galaxy 5 Pro just for the battery life even though the 5 Pro is no slouch either.

      • what does this lack compared to 5 pro? how's the notifications etc

        • Not sure about the notifications side of it but as mentioned to big selling points it misses out on is Google Play store and nfc. Some say it's not a true smart watch for those reasons alone.

  • Why shouldn't I buy this? I am just after a competent complete fitness tracker for my wife. iPhone user.

I've had the GT2 for 5years now, no issues I don't feel the need to upgrade I'm wondering what improvements they have made.

  • How is this watch compared to the OnePlus Watch 3?

    Battery life
    Compatibility with a Samsung phone
Health tracking features including sleep tracking
    Screen size and controls
    Updates

    Thanks.

I would say if you want the full suite of Android smart watch, OP W3 is the way to go. I have it with Pixel 7 Pro and it's almost like what the Pixel watch supposed to be. I got everything including ECG and Gemini running without sideloading anything, they just work.

I have the same watch and phone; the watch generally lasts 3-4 days on a single charge.

Same for me, I have AOD and still last 4 days. It has everything in Wear OS, Google full suite of service, Google Wallet, ECG, Fall detection even Phone Camera control.

The only thing missing is Wireless charging, though that VOOC charging is seriously fast. There's a LTE version coming.
