Completely agree with you. I had ring camera floodlight version for five years.
Happy with the quality but subscription charges where not justifiableAny recommendations for cameras that don’t have a subscription, allow app viewing, and aren’t too expensive?
My parents have eufy but they don’t seem to ever go below $80-100
I use the TP-Link Tapo range.
they do have a subscription if you want it but it can be used quite fine without them
they range normally from $50 but Ive gotten some on special for like $75 for a 2-pack
has its own app as well, which works really well from checking out each camera viewinghope that helps
Are you able to view old videos saved onto local storage without the subscription? Their website is a bit vague.
@ol mate: I use the TP-Link Tapo C200, theres 5 versions, not sure which one I have but even ver.1 can have local storage of up to 512gb sd card
(not included)https://www.tp-link.com/au/home-networking/cloud-camera/tapo…
personally, I think they do the job well
check out the specs on the linkhope that helps
not any more
Good price.. Crappy locked in subscription system.
