Woman's shoes are more narrow.
for most running shoes, mens and womens shoes share the same sizing with different size tags only

New balance women's shoes tend to be the same as men's for 1080s, just I think 1.5 sizes smaller. The women's variants do tend to have unique colour lines, but not always.
My issue is I wear 2E width, which is uncommon for men's shoes and almost non-existent for women's shoes.

Guys women's US size -1.5 = Men's. Do 2 sizes if you have wide feet. Simple.
The women's to men's size conversion is correct, but a lot of women's sports shoes has a width of B, whereas men's width is D, so convert and purchase with caution!
Why man's gotta be D
This model has a narrow toebox in the first place, so anyone with D width feet will probably find B width too narrow.
I have E width feet and normally fit into D width shoes IF they don't have a narrow toebox AND they don't have a narrow midfoot for their size, but the 1080v14 D was narrow enough in the forefoot to cause tingling after standing for 10 mins.
Note for people who have wide feet in general: 2E sizes usually just add upper material rather than widening the base, and it's only when you get to 4E that the base gets widened.
They top out at 12 which is going to miss many (like me).

Yeah, they are great with all supporting foam. I considered one of the best. But it only lasted for 1.5 years casual use with the previous model.
When you hit the size you think might fit it gives you a find in store option and it tells you which stores near you have that size in stock, you could always walk in-store and try them on for size before you buy
