I get my umbrellas for free from the public transport lost property. I get to pick and choose too ;)
You must have great karma.
When they go unclaimed for a long period of time, I take them outside storage and commuters from the public can grab them for free. Otherwise it goes straight into the bin.

I work on the railways and guaranteed every time it rains I will find one while stabling a train.I've told several people if you want one just go to any station and say I lost a black umbrellas, they have plenty in lost property.
I didn't know Decathlon was on Amazon. Went on there and found one of their putters which has a $179rrp for $55. Snapped it up pretty quickly
