  2. Newly released pre-order products will always be ineligible for cashback until such time the terms are updated to reflect eligibility.
  3. Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  4. Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.
  5. Apple Education Store: For eligible members based on Apple's T&Cs, after clicking the pink 'Get Cashback' button from TopCashback, navigate via the Education "Shop for University" link in Apple's footer menu before adding items to cart.
  6. Cashback tracks to member accounts 2-7 days after you receive confirmation from Apple that the product has been shipped.
  7. Cashback is eligible on purchases paid with gift cards, and is also eligible on purchase of Apple refurbished products.
  8. Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.

      Good to know

      Cashback is eligible on purchases paid with gift cards, and is also eligible on purchase of Apple refurbished products.

      However I'm not sure whether it'd still work if you redeem the gift cards to your Apple balance first then use it to buy products.
