That is incorrect. They reached out to me, told me it will be delivered to my corrected address. Last reply is from me telling them the item is tracked as delivered to wrong address. So have they actually dispatched AGAIN to the right address or did they just assume the original parcel was correct without bothering to cross heck the addresses?
The product page says "Not suitable for retrofit"
Can you help me understand why it's not suitable? My current tapware is not quarter turn
What parts will my plumber need to supply/install?

It will need a new basin set installed within the wall, the new hardware won't fit in the older style basin sets usually due to the quarter turn and ceramic discs.
What is the lead content in this??
Don't expect a response to this question, I asked the same question on one of the previous tapware deals and got downvoted, a "what do you think?" reply, and that was it lol.

RRP for taps is as jacked as watches, which is why I never mention them in my posts.
OP, when will my order (#1155) ship? It was placed on 9th August and there's been no response to my follow-up email.
It took a while for mine to ship as well… and then it was shipped to the wrong address. You should get a tracking email when they ship it.
Those are some good prices on your clearance items, I'm really impressed …. and tempted to stock up on a few items. It's rare I find decent tapware cheaper than my companies merchant discount so definitely an upvote from me.
Thanks for your comment. We encourage everyone to take benefit of these clearance items while they are available. Once we run out of the stock, we will not get any more quantities.
Just had a somewhat negative experience with these guys.
I ordered for wrong address and emailed them 5minutes after making the order to correct it. No response and no phone contact available.
Then I get an email with tracking number showing the wrong address. I email again and they start communicating telling me they will be sending the item tomorrow to the address I wanted and that the tracking details I have are still correct. The next day the tracking number said the item was delivered to the wrong address (instead of, like they said, only being dispatched that day) I notified them about the wrong the delivery: No response.
