The scale has a terrible online review: a fairly inaccurate reading at the low kg mark. :-(
Anko Digital Travel Scale is $9 at K-mart/Target is next cheapest from a B&M store. At Amazon it is approx. $11.
It is a pity that OW don't do a proper clear-out of their much more overpriced expensive bags, with prices more closely matching competitors.

I have just purchased the scale and tested it. It's about -0.9kg off when weighing 5kg dumbbell, and about -0.5kg off when weighing 10kg dumbbell. I probably return the scale.
How did you weigh a dumbbell using a scale with a hook for luggage handles?
I put dumbbell in a plastic bag
I can confirm the scale was by -0.9kg when weighing 5kg, by 7kg its only -0.5kg less. I think the discrepancy is less when you weigh heavier stuff. I'm still gonna keep it just cause having a luggage scale without needing a battery is a plus for me.
